Welcome to FlashVoice. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, applications, software, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using FlashVoice, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use FlashVoice. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

Some features may require an account. You agree to:

Maintain the security of your account credentials.
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Use of the Service

You may use the Service solely in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws. You agree not to:

Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.

4. Software License (EULA)

FlashVoice software (desktop, mobile, browser extensions, or any downloadable components) is licensed, not sold.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install FlashVoice on your personal devices.
Use the software for personal or business purposes as intended.

You may not:

Sell, sublicense, rent, or redistribute the software.
Circumvent license checks, activation mechanisms, or security controls.
Access or use the software in ways that exceed your purchased license (trial, subscription, or lifetime).

5. Trial, Subscription, and Lifetime Licenses

FlashVoice may offer:

Free trials
Monthly or yearly subscriptions
One-time lifetime licenses

5.1 Automatic Renewal (Subscriptions)

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime through the platform where the purchase was made.

After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period.

5.2 License Restrictions

License types cannot be transferred or resold. We may revoke licenses obtained fraudulently.

6. Refund Policy

FlashVoice provides digital software delivered electronically. Refunds are offered under the following conditions:

6.1 Accidental or Duplicate Purchases

If you were charged more than once for the same product, we will issue a full refund.

6.2 Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue that prevents proper use of FlashVoice and our support team cannot resolve it within 7 days, you may request a refund.

6.3 Subscription Renewals

Renewal payments are refundable within 7 days of the charge if:
- You did not use the software during the renewal period; and
- You request the refund within the 7-day window.
After 7 days, renewal payments are non-refundable.

6.4 Lifetime Licenses

Lifetime license purchases may be refunded within 30 days of purchase if you are unsatisfied or unable to use the software.

6.5 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted for:

Requests made outside the refund window
Buyer's remorse or change of mind
Abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms
Fraudulent activity or chargeback manipulation

6.6 EU / UK Consumers

If you are located in the EU or UK, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal for digital goods.
By downloading, activating, or accessing FlashVoice immediately after purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your right of withdrawal is waived.

6.7 How to Request a Refund

Provide your order email and transaction ID. Refund decisions follow this policy and are made at the discretion of FlashVoice.

7. Privacy & Data Processing

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, and process your information.
By using FlashVoice, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, software, trademarks, logos, and all related intellectual property are owned by FlashVoice or its licensors. No rights or ownership are transferred to you.

You may not use FlashVoice's trademarks without prior written permission.

9. User Content

If you submit feedback, suggestions, comments, or ideas to FlashVoice ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use the Feedback without compensation to you.

10. Third-Party Services

The Service may include integrations, plugins, or links to third-party websites or services.
We are not responsible for:

Their content
Their policies
Their reliability or security

You should review any third-party terms before using them.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including but not limited to:

Accuracy of AI transcription
Results or reliability of speech-to-text
Non-interruption or error-free operation

FlashVoice does not guarantee that the Service will meet your requirements.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

FlashVoice will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions—those limitations may not apply to you.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

You violate these Terms
You engage in abusive or fraudulent activity
Required by law or regulatory authorities

Upon termination, all license rights granted to you will end.
