  • Device Information: We collect IP addresses, system language, browser and device type, software version, referring web page, and device identifiers. Depending on device settings, location information may be transmitted.
  • Uploaded Files: Uploaded images or data are transferred via SSL/TLS and used only to perform requested processing. For AI face swap, we may process facial data per your instructions. Uploaded images are automatically deleted from servers approximately 1 hour after you last edited or closed the processing page. We do not share your data with third parties.
  • Email Communications: We may send service, marketing, technical, and administrative communications, including security and fraud notices. These are part of our services to you.
  • AI Background: If you use AI background features, we collect prompts you enter and images you upload to provide the service.

Pixcalo processes personal data as necessary to provide the services, with your consent, to comply with legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests.

  • Service Providers: We may share personal data with service providers to fulfill orders, deliver communications, analyze data, process payments, operate the website, troubleshoot, and provide support.
  • Legal Disclosures: We may disclose personal data to comply with legal obligations or protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Processors: We may transmit personal data to companies that process it on our behalf for the purposes above (e.g., payment processors, analytics, fraud monitoring, email delivery, social media, and other marketing platforms).

If you delete your account, we initiate deletion promptly, subject to backup latency and retention to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements. Other information is retained until you request deletion.

7. Children’s Information

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or as required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected such information, we will delete it and terminate the account as appropriate.

10. Disclaimer (Force Majeure)

Pixcalo does not assume responsibility for service interruptions or defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond Pixcalo’s control (including but not limited to acts of God, flood, war, terrorism, fire, riot, rebellion, civil commotion, strike, lockout, other industrial action, general failure of electricity or other supply, technical failure, accidental or mechanical or electrical breakdown, computer failure, embargo, labor dispute, or changes in laws or governmental action). We will strive to minimize any losses and impacts and ensure stability and security.
